(May 15, 2020, 11:11 pm)Had my water softener installed today by Anthony - he did a great job customizing the plumbing and then setting up the unit I purchased, even though it wasn't one they typically work with. I especially appreciated his thoroughness in making sure I knew exactly how to use the unit once it was up and running. On top of it all, he gave me an extra Bucky Book he happened to have in his truck - saved me $45 on today's work! This is at least the 5th time I have used Pertzborn and every single time I have been impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of their workers. I honestly never write up Google reviews but after so many great experiences I just felt I had to give a little testimonial.

(May 12, 2020, 11:31 am)Anthony was very prompt and professional and did a very good job explaining the problem we were having with our water heater. He then detailed our possible options. We chose to install a new water heater seeing our old one was 15 years old. He installed the new one, cleaned everything up and thoroughly explained using the new one. A great company who takes care of their customers.

(May 1, 2020, 11:43 am)Had a really positive experience with these guys. On the weekend our water heater sprung a massive leak. They have on call plumbers so someone (Ryan if memory serves) came out right away. He first tried to repair the water heater instead of immediately going for a replacement which I really appreciated.
Ultimately he wasn't able to save the thing since the gas valve was damaged from excess water exposure. He then explained some options on replacement heaters and they had several in stock. We were able to get a new water heater within just a few hours of when the leak started.
Billing was prompt and explained to us in advance. These guys were great and I'll be going back for future plumbing needs! -

(February 13, 2020, 10:53 am)We have had H.J. Pertzborn helping us with our remodel for the last year and a half. They are always professional, punctual and courteous. They are middle of the road, price wise, and worth every penny. Scott has been particularly helpful, even stopping out between appointments to repair a sewer line that another contractor broke. We have been very happy with every bit of work they have done in our house, and I don't even think of calling anyone else when a plumbing issue arises. Just trying to get everything fixed in our 100 year old house before Scott retires!
