(May 19, 2020, 1:46 pm)I loveeeeee living at The Marling. It is a new apartment, so it has that going for it. I'll notice someone dinged a wall in the hallway and maintenance is on top of it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They've got kayak racks! They originally only had one, but it filled up, so they built another. The gym is the nicest apartment gym I've seen. Rooftop deck and courtyards are fantastic. Plus, you cant beat being in the Atwood neighborhood and right on the bike path.

(March 1, 2020, 1:51 pm)VERY spacious and clean 1 bedroom apartment (queen bed in photo). Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Complex holds fun tenant events, plus you get a discount at O'so Madhouse!
The only downside is the high rent, but that is typical with all of Madison. Closer to the square rent is just as high but the apartments are trashy and small (I looked at about 8 of them before choosing the Marling).
This is my favorite apartment I have ever lived in and will miss it a lot! -

(September 9, 2019, 12:05 pm)Relocated to Wisconsin from California and thought finding a new home might be difficult at a distance, but the Marling made everything so easy. The staff is extremely responsive and quick to help in any way they can. They even called to check on me when I was late to pick up my keys. They are a dedicated team and a big part of the reason I chose to live there. The amenities and the grounds are wonderful as well. Close restaurants and stores. Highly recommend living here!
