(April 16, 2013, 10:24 am)I rented from BTM for a total of a little over four years. Excellent management and great people, by far the best I've ever rented from. The properties are maintained to the very highest standards and Brent is constantly making improvments to his properties. They truly care about their tennents and their properties. I never had a problem with requests for service. Any issues were always handled immediately and with a sincere apology for any inconvenience. I moved to California 2 years ago. I still keep in touch with Brent. Great people to know and to rent from. There are none better in Madison.

Well worth the price and well worth having a nice place to come home to.
