    The best gym I've trained at. The people are amazing, and Shah, the owner, is hands down the best coach I've worked with. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym home.

    Great place to learn and excersise
    Instructor and students are very friendly and make you feel welcome all the time. Beginers or advance it doesn't matter !

    The Blast saved my sons life. He is a larger fellow, whose job keeps him at a desk much of the day. He had tried working out doing the usual gym thing, but it did not provide mental stimulation and he soon became bored with it. He tried boxing, which was better than the weight lifting/gym experience but he felt "something" was missing. Then he started going to THE BLAST He LOVES IT still after years. He loves the work out, the sparing, the cardio, the mental stimulation. He is better shape then he has ever been.
