  I cannot say enough good things about Joint Chiropractic. When I first made the call to make an appointment, I could barely walk I was in so much pain. Most days were spent on a heating pad just to move for maybe 30 minutes. From my first appointment, I could start to feel some improvement and I am so thankful for Dr. Lotto. He made a treatment plan for me for the first month and at the end of that month, it was almost like I was a new person. I will always live with pain due to my muscular/skeletal disorders. I will continue to see Dr. Lotto at least once a week. But since my first visit in Aptil, my quality of life has greatly improved. This I attribute to Dr. Lotto and The Joint!!

  After years of going to an ENT for an uncommon condition (Meniere's Disease, and inner ear condition with random vertigo, hearing loss, constant tinnitus among the major symptoms) and not getting much relief, my research led me to maybe give chiropractic therapy on my neck a shot. I've been seeing Dr. Lotto for about 3 months now and have gone from having somewhat regular vertigo spells; some to the point of being bed-ridden and puking for hours at a time- to literally about 98% symptom free since I've been going. The fullness and ringing in my head is noticeably less pronounced, and honestly the only reason I would consider going back to the ENT is to see if any of my hearing has returned. All the ENT doc wanted to do was give me fluid pills so I wouldn't retain water, and tell me to watch my sodium (two things that never changed the frequency or severity of my symptoms), and pretty much blew off any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Lotto not only listened to me and provided excellent treatment, but seems genuinely invested and even excited to help improve the quality of my life, which he has absolutely done. The front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful as well and I have to say, the wait has never been long and the visits are quick and easy... I can't say enough good things my personal experience with this place!

  4/25/2021 I just want to say that I have rarely received such responsive and helpful customer service as I did here. The front desk receptionist was especially helpful and you could tell cared about their customers and the establishment was also very well kept. My back feels much better and the plans offered were reasonably priced and are great for someone who needs “flexibility” as they also provide easy walk in appointments and at multiple locations (over 550 locations according to the staff). All in all great experience thanks to the lovely staff, will definitely be going back here.
