  I cannot say enough good things about Northside and the staff who work here. Everyone that I’ve interacted with is kind, compassionate, considerate, and professional. It’s fairly easy to get an appointment, and they have been overly accommodating for my behaviorally challenged dogs. They check in via phone and/or email after all visits to see how the pets are doing, which means a lot. When i had issues with my pet insurance company, they helped me sort out issues quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this vet practice!

  I decided to leave my previous vet after they went corporate and began overcharging for things and not being very thorough.
  
  Northside rocks!!! They’ve been sensitive to my old dog’s apprehension, thorough, very communicative and available! I’m so impressed with everyone there! Particularly pleased with the amazing vet techs: positive, cheerful and competent!! Thank you so much!

  A wonderful vet practice! We have brought our animals for the past 8 years, since moving to Madison. A small operation filled with big animal friendly hearts! The staff is impeccable and we often call for general medical advice outside of visits. Huge selection of medications available too. Bullet proof pandemic precautions in place as well.

  I brought my dog Lena in yesterday to renew a prescription and for shots. It was our first time there and everyone was super welcoming, and they’ve figured out great ways to keep distance in this time of Covid while still taking care of your pet and communicating with people. Lena came out wagging her tail and looking like she would be happy to stay there - and she is not an extremely trusting dog. The vet was great at explaining everything to me, which I really appreciate because I’m new to being a dog mom. I’m so happy to have found a vet that I feel comfortable with and can trust.
