  Alex and his team do a great job. I have had TMJ issues my entire 37 years of my adult life. It has evolved into a complex multi-model syndrome that is quite complex to unravel. Alex and his team have me feeling better than I have since I was a teenager. Thanks so much for making a difference.

  Alex and his team are outstanding. We’ve been able to do tele-therapy on continue on my therapy and improved comfort. They have skills that are not readily known, I’m on the path to feeling dramatically better after fighting this issue for the last 37 years.

  Alex Greene is the actual best. His skillset is well-rounded, grounded in the somatic experience and trauma-informed. I sought his care primarily for his expertise in Somatic Experiencing but have also done TRE & received bodywork from him. It is nice to know that I have options for what type of treatment will best support me and meet my needs depending upon the day. I can not recommend him highly enough! In working with him over the past year, I have felt empowered and experienced palpable improvements in my experience of anxiety and in all the ways my system has come to know upregulation. He’s a gem and an asset to the Madison area community!

  I scheduled a Neuromuscular/ Trigger Point Therapy Massage with David. I used the online scheduler and it worked great. So easy to see times available next to my own schedule.
  David did a thorough consult with me at the beginning of our session, getting the right amount of info before we started.
  The session was great. He pinpointed areas that were in need of work and walked me through breathing and relaxing to aid in his treatment.
  As a hair stylist I have a few areas of my body that need some attention. David gave me great suggestions to continue my healing post-session and things I could do between appointments. I will be rebooking with David for the same type of massage. I also will be booking with Alex to start a longer term and more specialized approach to some of my problem areas.

  I first sought out Alex’s services for relief from muscular pain and tension. As we worked through the ten sessions, I found the bodywork not only relieving my aches and pains but also helping me gain a newfound body awareness. The bodywork and awareness also highly facilitated my meditation practice and sports training. Alex is incredibly personable and professional and I highly recommend his services without reservation.
