I have lived at Glendale town homes for a few months now and have loved every minute of it! Bryan and Ann are top notch people to rent from are there for every tenant no matter what. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is looking for a spacious town home, a family and dog friendly neighborhood - to visit Glendale Town homes. I have been a life long renter and have never been more impressed with a community like I have with Glendale! Keep up the great work Ann and Bryan!!!!
I really enjoyed my time at Glendale Townhomes. Management is friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. Everything felt professional and efficient. Ann, the rental manager, answers queries quickly and keeps things running smoothly. Scott, the maintenance guy, is also quick and efficient. Both of them are lovely people and I enjoyed getting to know them.
In my experience, sharing walls with two other units, I couldn't hear very much from my neighbors. The units are comfortable and well maintained--and a great value while I was saving up to buy a house. The finished basements really add a lot of useful space, so you can have some breathing room. I'd recommend anyone looking to rent in Madison consider Glendale!
Great apartment if you have pets! I recently got a black lab puppy and they were fantastic about the pet deposit fees and even helped welcome the puppy to his new place! The apartments are spacious with 2 bedrooms upstairs, a large downstairs, and an open floor plan on the ground floor that provides ample room for my roommate and two pets to roam.
Lived here after transferring jobs to Madison and great area and amazing staff as well. People and neighborhood was nothing less than amazing! Office was always there when anything came up and Maintenance (Scott) was amazing. Had to move for job but if I would’ve stayed in Madison no question I would’ve stayed; this place felt like a home !
