  I've gone to Tara for numerous injuries or oddities, whether from sports training or from day to day activities. She's always been extremely helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She wants to make sure that you leave feeling better than you came in, and she always offers suggestions for how to continue to stretch and improve on your own.
  
  I had gone to other chiropractors in the past, but never felt the relief I felt after my sessions with Tara. I've since moved, and I'm having a hard time finding someone who is going to live up to the expectations that Tara has set. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

  Dr. Tara is great! I've seen 5 chiropractors over my life, and she is the only one that makes skeletal adjustment AND works on the surrounding muscles/tissue.The tension and chronic pain I have in my back was significantly alleviated after seeing her. I wish I could see her everyday. She is also a licensed nutritionist. She addresses your nutritional and lifestyle needs. Her office is located in a corner space in a gym (it is private), so it is a little confusing to find the first time. As mentioned below, she doesn't have a front office manager; so you have to call/email her to schedule an appointment (and leave a message), but she is very quick to get back to you. I highly recommend Dr. Tara!

  Tara is fantastic. I play sports and have seen lots of chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists in my life. Tara provides the best holistic care I've ever received and she has helped me and my fiance improve and/or resolve many aches, pains, and injuries. She's also very flexible with appointment times, which is helpful since I have a crazy schedule. Every time I leave an appointment with Tara I feel brand new!

  Best chiropractor I have ever had; incorporates deep tissue massage before adjustments to make sure your body is in the right state. Very gentle and always follows up my appointments with appropriate stretches that will help keep my body in the right form. Sliding scale payment helps me get the treatment I need and would be unable to get without. Has really helped with my migraines and lower back pain....thank you Tara!
