We are very happy with the experience we had at the Kayser Dealership in Madison. Our sales guy was Mike Esser. He was great to work with and very accommodating to our specific situation. Mike went above and beyond to make our experience easy and hassle free. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever had and we have purchased 20+ vehicles. This dealership is not full of your typical pushy annoying sales people that hound you and try to pressure you into a purchase. Their sales people don’t work for commission. Which is a breath of fresh air. Fran took care of the paperwork and she is a riot. We loved her personality. We were very lucky to get the opportunity to work with Mike. He’s all around just a nice guy. I highly recommend Kayser Car Dealership and would encourage you to ask for Mike Esser. You will not be disappointed.

Ed was great. Not only could he read my body language; that I didn't want to be bothered until I found the Truck I wanted. The dealership did great with the social distancing and sanitizing. I changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted and it was nice to have the flexibility of not feeling pressured. I was given an inspection report and vehicle history. We had a delay due to COVID with obtaining the Title and I was able to take the vehicle home for a few days until it arrived without issue.

Ed was kind to my family and was very professional during my entire experience at Kayser. Fran from financing was very patient with my many questions about the details and the Manager Joe came by, introduced himself and was honest.
