  Best customer service we have received in a hotel since the pandemic started. The hotel was clean; the staff was exceptional and always greeted with a smile. Anna and Gabriel ran the breakfast bar, and they made sure it was stocked until 9:30 and were helpful when asked for stuff that might have run out. We also needed our rooms cleaned since we stayed over a week, and we had no issues; Margarita was super helpful when we needed extra towels or new bedding. Overall this is the best we have had since 2019.

  Great Room. Nice hot breakfast. Good value. But why did they build a basketball court in the space above us.... or is that just obnoxious neighbors in 235?

  The hotel was clean and check in was easy. The breakfast was convenient but not great. Overall a good stay for the price.

  A very clean hotel with a good breakfast. The King suite was very roomy and a great place to spend 4 days without feeling cramped in a typical hotel room. Price was very competitive with what friends paid at a nearby hotel with a traditional two queen room.

  The hotel was sparkling clean and everything in the room was absolutely perfect. The staff was great. The way the front desk area and the breakfast area were configured it was so easy. Everything was fantastic. The quality of the mattress was on point and I loved the Privacy blind on the window. It kept the room pitch black and I was extremely comfortable. Best stay I've ever had in the hotel hands down.

  One of the best school districts in the area. Smaller, but with the quality and amenitys you would expect in larger districts. Little to no violence, gangs or other problems that plague Madison and other large nearby districts.
