CTW Abbey Carpet & Floor

My husband I heard from some friends that CTW Abbey Carpet & Floor was a good place to look for kitchen ideas. We are forever grateful to those friends. My husband and I were very pleased from the moment we walked through the doors. One of their design consultants, sat down with us and wanted to know what we were looking for in a kitchen remodel. She took us around the showroom and helped us choose cabinets, backsplash, and counter tops. There was no pressure at all. She coordinated the tear down and right through the final result. We could not be happier. We have already told other friends about this great company!!!!

I truly could not be more grateful that CTW flooring was recommended to us. My initial contact was with Seth and he was OUTSTANDING. When all I had were questions, all he offered were suggestions and answers. I never felt any pressure. He was just a wealth of knowledge and literally the easiest and most efficient communication. Once we settled on the details, I was so pleasantly surprised by …everything. The continued communication, the various other people who were part of the process (we had to lay a new subfloor so it was definitely a process).Aiden, Collin and Mike were all so efficient and courteous. I love that everyone was either family, or knew each other well. It was so much more personal than I could have anticipated. Our flooring is complete now and is absolutely perfect. I felt so heard and included in the process and will absolutely be working with them on future flooring projects … of which we have many in our very dated home. They came highly recommended to me, and I won’t hesitate for a moment to pass that recommendation along to anyone else who is looking for a good, honest family owned company who does good, honest work.

Recently we had about 3000 square feet of hard flooring installed by CTW flooring company in our new home. Challenge was that we had a narrow window to get this work done between the closing and moving, therefore on-time completion of the work was very critical. Long story short CTW lived up to our expectations in timely completion as well as quality of the work.

Sale associate Seth Howery made our experience very pleasant and we much appreciate his outstanding customer service from the selection and ordering process to handling of the changes or issues that came up along the way. The installers were truly expert as was promised.

We found CTW showroom quite impressive and we were able to find everything that we were looking for among range of choices.

I’m a first time homeowner, who has very little knowledge about the ins/outs of home improvement. That said, I really wanted to change the the floors in my dining room to match these shoji screen doors I have. CTW helped me so much, from beginning to end. They helped me pick out a good option for the new floors, and were able to install them in a timely manner with zero issues. It was perfect and reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone with a project which needs doing.
