Mike was incredibly helpful! I could not have gotten through the Medicare process without his help. In looking at all the information that was sent in the mail from all the different healthcare providers, I was overwhelmed to say the least. Mike made is so easy! The best thing is I got answers i needed whether or not my questions were all over the place rather than in sequential order. No more or less information then i asked for unless it was crucial stuff.
