(November 19, 2018, 5:46 pm)I love this place. I live in Colorado but was spending a lot of time in Madison this past summer helping my mom through her journey with cancer. Good Neighbor Yoga became my one hour oasis where I could recenter and recharge. I do not do a lot of yoga, but I never felt intimidated. The instructor/owner met everyone right where they were at. I would recommend this studio to any and everyone. It is unpretentious and has a great calming atmosphere.
