  I go to Thrive for my massages. Danielle the massage therapist is amazing! She has great customer service skills, always making sure I’m comfortable and getting the most out of my massages. I will continue to see Danielle for my massages! Thank you for being so great!

  I love THRIVE! The people are all so friendly and professional. I've never been comfortable with personal trainers but Dre sets me right at ease, and Danielle sorted out knee pain that I'd been having for weeks in just one massage. Can't recommend them enough!

  I use ​THRIVE's meal service for lunches! The food is amazing and healthy​,​ too. I​ just had my first massage with Danielle, and it was phenomenal. I've ​enjoyed their services so, far and ​am ​looking forward to ​my first fitness training session with Dre, next!

  An absolutely wonderful event! Everything was meticulous down to the last detail. The staff was extremely professional and attentive. I would highly recommend.

  Dre Nichols is an amazing trainer. I was hesitant to work with a trainer after being relatively inactive for over a year. But Dre made me feel comfortable and really listened to my goals and concerns. I was concerned that I wouldn't "stick" to a workout program, but it's coming on 2 years now, and I feel great, look forward to my workouts, and have exceeded my goals!
