  5͏ stars doesn’t do Noelle justice, working with her was a wonderful experience and we can not recommend her enough!
  
  When my fiancé and I were ready to sell our house, we reached out to a realtor who then gave us a long list of (expensive) things we needed to fix before putting our house on the market. They also recommend we waited a few months until an “optimal time.” We wanted a difference in opinion, and one year earlier my parents sold their house with Noelle and couldn’t stop raving about her, so we gave her a call. Noelle took a look at our house and immediately told us that none of those things that needed fixing mattered and to put the house on the market immediately. A couple days later, she took pictures and within 24 hours, it was on the market (for a higher listing price than what the other realtor recommended). Less than one week later, we accepted an offer. I whole heartedly think that if we went with what we were originally told, we would not be in the position we are today.
  
  Noelle’s communication, input and listing advice took a lot of pressure off what would normally be a rather stressful time. She was always one step ahead, with a kind hearted, knowledgeable, professional, responsive attitude. We just closed a few days ago and could not be happier with this entire process! If you are looking to sell your house, go with Noelle, you will not regret it!

  With͏ the current real estate market and shortage of available homes, our attorney suggested looking into a flat fee service to sell our home. This was a new concept I hadn't considered but after looking over customer reviews, we chose Madison Flat Fee Homes. Noelle is very professional and knowledgeable and made the selling process stress free. Her photos and the listing marketed the home well; we had many showings and the home sold quickly. All the administration, negotiations, and closing services are done efficiently. Although I was not aware she would not attend the closing, all the necessary documents were prepared and it went very smoothly. Her approach in streamlining the selling process shows her compassion she has for her clients and the mission to offer a great product at a flat fee price. We saved over $11,000 in commissions. It was a pleasure working with Noelle and feel this option is something everyone should consider when selling their home.

  Not only was Noelle a genuine pleasure to work with, but her knowledge of the marketplace, and residential real estate in general, was excellent! She helped us through the process of selling our home of 22 years step-by-step, was always available to answer our questions, and was spot-on when it came to helping us set a viable asking price. Her knowledge and experience also helped us navigate the multiple offers we received and select the strongest of the bunch. And all this at a flat-fee rate! Highly recommended!
