  Been going here since they opened this location and only had one bad experience. I addressed the issue with UW rather than a public forum like Google reviews. I’ve seen multiple care providers but I’m especially happy with the treatment I’ve had from Teresa Cramer-McDonald & Linda Lentz. They truly listened to my concerns and understand that what’s normal for one person’s physiology might not be the same for someone else. It’s not a one-sided conversation during my visits—we have actual discussions about my health. When my friends tell me they don’t like their health care provider, I always recommend Cramer-McDonald and Lentz.
  
  The clinic is clean and calm, airy yet cozy, and seems ideal for patients with sensory issues to light, sound, smells, crowds, etc. The wait times are short for the visits and the lab. Front desk staff, x-ray, & lab techs are courteous, accommodating, efficient, and most of all, human.
