  Ryan is amazing. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain and give suggestions.
  He was kind to my 4-year-old and really just appreciate his professional attitude and quickly solving problems

  I just moved into a new house in Beaver Dam, and using the bathroom or laundry backed up sewage into the shower. I called a lot of companies, and Roto rooter seemed to be one of the only ones with dedicated office personnel(I got voicemail boxes or no answers with the other plumbers). It took over a week to get an appointment (they were booked), but better than nothing.
  
  Today two guys from the Oregon office came out and fixed my drains. I wish I could I read the signature on the invoice, I think one of their names started with M. The second guy had a ponytail. They were super polite.
  
  I'm very happy with the service. I can do my laundry again, and 140 was not bad for the work they did. I just wish they took credit cards, but that's a small issue.
