Decora Company's customer service is top notch. I made a typo in my own shipping address and my package ended up across town. Dan worked with me and UPS all day to make sure I received the info I needed to retrieve the package. I am a painting contractor and had a project that the designer wanted a concert faux finish. I found the, San Marco concrete art plaster and contacted Decora. Dan, has helped me in learning about the products, gave me hands on instruction with product as I took a trip to their showroom and shop.
