Excellent, Bought a lower end washer from them. after installation found out it was very loud and hard to balance. After going back to the store and going through Ron's tutorial on washing machines including pro's & Con's of old and new models. Decided to buy a high end washer. They gave me a 100% refund and delivered the new machine for free. The new washer is outstanding. They are extremely knowledgable and easy to work with. Highly recommend

Ron came out and looked at our refrigerator which was not cooling. He diagnosed the issue in minutes, lent us a used part to get it cold again until a new one was shipped. Ron then came back and finished the repair. He was prompt, friendly and very easy to do business with. We’ll be buying a new unit soon and I will be going to his shop. It was a pleasure doing business with Ron. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my washing machine and had hit a point where it was out of my scope of understanding so I called these guys. I was given a wide range of time when they would arrive...which was no surprise...but Cruz arrived earlier than later. I appreciate the fact that he listened to what I had to say, and then 'talked me through' what he was thinking, what he was looking for, what he was going to do, what the issue was, and what his next move was to fix the issue. He also had the parts on hand. Cruz also offered me some maintenance tips as home appliances are out of my realm of basic knowledge.
