  Mandy at Lotus Salon is fantastic! She cuts, colors and styles my hair and my kids too! She always listens to what we want and we always are pleased with our results. They have also implemented very strict Covid protocols that make the experience feel safe during this pandemic.

  The stylists are very friendly and professional and the salon has a great atmosphere. I am only giving a 4 star because I did have to make a return visit to get my hair cut corrected by one of the owners and manager. Mandy was really great and I left with the style I requested and much happier! I appreciate the quick response and correction. My only suggestion is to go with a higher level stylist if you are a new client.

  I got referred to Lotus after spending the last 4 years going to all the usual chains - cost cutters, great clips, sports clips, etc. Got tired of inconsistent cuts and having to cut my hair myself after each cut because they didn't get it right. What's the point of paying someone else if you have to fix it yourself every time! Anyway, I checked out Lotus for the first time a few months ago and I am so glad I did. I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff, my stylist' thoroughness, and of course, the results. They were dedicated to making sure they got the cut right which I really appreciated (especially after the past few years). I waited to review so I could get in a few more cuts under my belt and all I have to say is that they've nailed it. I won't go anywhere else. If I could give 6 stars I would.

  Lotus Salon was so wonderful to me and my girls on my wedding day! I had 5 bridesmaids, and 2 mothers with hair and make-up. They were so efficient with our time and made it such a fun morning. We were able to bring in bagels and champagne to start our morning right. I went a month prior for my trial with Natalie and she brought my Pinterest inspirations to life! Thanks for a great morning and making me look beautiful on my big day!

  5 stars all the way!! My 8 year old daughter wanted to donate her hair because a friend in school last year had leukemia and lost her hair. Natalie at the Sun Prairie Lotus salon was great with my daughter and was very knowledgeable! She is very friendly and nice and you can definitely tell she loves what she does! My daughter was able to donate almost 9 inches (need a minimum of 8 inches) to Children with Hair Loss. Natalie even squeezed in some time for a few purple highlights after the haircut that my daughter wanted before her next client came in, when we were scheduled for a haircut only. Everyone we met at Lotus was very professional and nice! I will absolutely recommend this salon! Thank you for going above and beyond Natalie, you made my daughters first hair donation one to remember! We all absolutely love her new look! :)
