“We wanted to redo the downstairs of our house. One of our friends gave us Jon's name. We made an appointment and showed what we wanted done. The nice thing about Jon's custom cabinets is whatever design or measurements you want he can do. Putting the coffee maker inside a cabinet with a slide out shelf was a big thing to my wife. Mick Knacks workmanship and finished cabinets are above anything available in stores. He even made us a hutch to match our kitchen cabinets. Still have projects upstairs for him to do.”

She would give a 5 star review just for the quality and kick their drinks provide but I'm knocking a star off for the amount of time it takes to get through the drive up window. Last visit took me 35 minutes, and within the design of the drive though...once you're in it, you are IN IT for the long haul, without an option to back out to turn off. Friendly faces, good attitudes, solid coffee. Long wait times.”

“I called R.P.S. Ribbs Premier because I needed a second opinion on a plumbing estimate for broken pipes which caused water damage in my home. From Sarah in the office to Thomas and Jonathan who came to my home, they were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. They examined the area in question in detail and provided a clear estimate with two different options. They left me with a brochure (and Jonathan took the time to quickly review it with me) and a business card as well. I would recommend R.P.S. Ribbs Premier without hesitation. After this initial visit, we hired RPS to complete our plumbing repair after other companies failed to come or would not come out to make an estimate or look at the job. Thomas and Jonathan came back to do the work and they were courteous, personable, careful and thorough in their work and committed to excellence. It was clear they actually CARED about the quality of their work and wanted to do an impeccable job (which they did!). The price was HALF of what another company quoted and they completed the repair quickly and efficiently. It was also a pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them. Lana is kind, funny, and supportive but also rigorous and focused. She has high expectations for her students that they feel motivated to meet. She provides great opportunities for them to perform for friends and family and to compete in organized events if they want to. Working with her has helped my daughter continue to grow significantly as a piano player in high school. Lana's own piano playing is miraculous, and she is so knowledgeable about music and theory. I don't think we could have found a better teacher for our daughter.”
