The installer, Spencer, was so polite and professional. Almost didn’t know he was here...very quiet and quick. He cleaned up everything so nicely.
Our room was transformed with these blinds. Can’t believe how good they look! -

We appreciated the installers wearing masks during their time in our home. We are grateful to have such a good company/people to work with. We will surely use them again when needed!

Person was on time, professional and very knowledgable about products. Ordered that day. No issues. Had to wait because of the pandemic for installation. Installation was done and blinds look great. They still contact me to make sure I am happy with purchase. 6 stars!!!

(June 11, 2020, 3:07 pm)I was very pleased with the service to fix a blind that stopped working. The serviceman was courteous and knew immediately what the issue was. He happened to have parts along to fix it so I was thrilled. He also told me more about the design service available and I'm pretty well convinced I'll work with them, especially knowing how it is to work with them if there is a problem. In my opinion, that is just as important as buying a good product
