Working with TITII through work has been nothing but amazing! The team (especially Tim), is incredibly responsive, helpful and always coming up with other options to choose from due to the supply shortage everyone is experiencing. We have gone through a few companies to try and get quality embroidered brand name clothing and TITII has blown everyone else out of the water. Highly recommend working with them if your company is looking for company apparel. The exceptional level of communication and customer service they provide is something you don't come across often these days.

I sent an email to their general inquiry address on Sunday, and within hours I received a response from Garrett. I worked with Garrett via email from that point on to produce t-shirts as Christmas gifts for my husband and son. I had finished products on Tuesday! Garrett’s responses were friendly, prompt, and informative. The entire process was seamless and inexpensive. I absolutely recommend using Think It Then Ink It!

This company is awesome! I put in a small order of 9 shirts and the price was extremely reasonable. I needed the shirts screen printed within a week and they had them ready for pick up on the exact day they said they would. When I emailed them my design they sent me a proof and invoice within 24 hours. I even went into their store to discuss my design in person and choose a t-shirt color from their swatch book. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and very helpful. It was quick, cheap, reliable, and the shirts turned out awesome. I definitely recommend this company. Will be returning next time I need shirts screen printed!
