Nanette is a nurturing individual that enjoys helping people; spirit, soul and body. Nanette has created new programs that promote health, wellness and spiritual mind. I'm excited that I have been with her for a few years to see her business promote effective change within the health care marketplace. I was surprised how much misinformation I had about my body, Nanette, as a nurse has education that helped me greatly and I am GRATEFUL!
I am happy with the service and flexibility with scheduling an appointment, as a professional driver sometimes I am only available for a few hours and can usually get in.
I have a couple of spots in my back and thighs that give me problems, I have had a few massages from Nanette and she has always been able to get my muscles relaxed and the pain and stiffness also goes away . Some others I have had left me in more pain afterwards than when I went in.
Recently my chiropractor told me that it was easier for him to get me adjusted after I had received my massage, I also believe it helped with the adjustment because it was about 3-4 months before I needed another one.
I will be back and hope she continues to provide the same services in the future.
My lower back issues and my sciatica is no longer! She has specific techniques and glut work that resolves my pain-better than pain pills!
Stress issues from work, family and financial concerns go directly to my neck, shoulders and upper back. Hot and cold packs with her neuromuscular massage; trigger points and relaxes me with my nerves and my mind slows, my energy with-in is balanced and I feel so much at peace and rested...to met another several weeks of life! No more Migraines.
Therapist is always releasing stress through out my whole body along with needed therapeutic techniques which can includes many different type of massages at no extra fee.
I am off over the counter pain medications and If cut down on visits to other medical professionals since I've have been seeing her. But it was shared that 75-90% of all visits to the doctor are stress related. So this makes since and saves $ and helps to promote great health.
This professional nurse does customized massage for all of her clients. She is patient, kind an a very relaxed atmosphere verses some massage clinics where you have very little personal time to explain your needs and your time on the table may be cut. I'm a larger male and my size is no problem with her extra wide table.
Would never return to a massage franchise again. Quality care that helps preventative medical problems is worth it all. She even assist with techniques of meditation and relaxation for stress reduction for your "Thoughts/Mind" and How to connect with the Real You with-in. Hoping she will routinely link-in and publish routine encouragements with teaching these superb but simple techniques that all can use to de-stress life!
I have been seeing Nanette for over a year now on a monthly bases as I have chronic pain in my back. What drew me to her is that she is a licensed Nurse as well as a Massage therapist. I believe Nanette's combination of nursing , massage therapy, and spiritual guidance have improved my overall health immensely.
