I know a lot of my neighbors, the area is safe and quiet, the apartments have great sound isolation, and maintenance has been very responsive to small fixes. I like that many of the residents are professionals at Epic and many are older residents that are easy to get along with. I feel very comfortable here and I'm torn between buying a house here and renting this place for another year, but it's been so great here that it's hard to find the motivation to leave. I've been very satisfied and have recommended living at this place to 10+ people, including 3 that have moved in and are now living here.

(October 21, 2016, 11:30 am)I was looking for a place to move into quickly (within a week) and all of the people at the West End Apartments helped to make that happen. Steve got me in for a showing on the same day I called and began to process my application the next day. He did a great job of keeping me informed along the way and was able to get me approved to move in within 48 hours. On my official move in day Andrea was extremely helpful. She even checked my apartment earlier in the day to make sure it was sufficiently cleaned. She noticed that it was a little hot so she turned on the air for me to make it more comfortable. She went through all of the paperwork with me in detail and was patient while I read it all and asked a lot of questions. Since moving in they have both continued to be a huge help. I got my key stuck in the door one day and Andrea herself took care of getting it out and personally returning it to me. All of the people at the West End Apartments go above and beyond to help you and to make sure you have everything you need and all of your needs are addressed in a timely manner. I am so thankful that I was able to move into this apartment complex.
