“I had come into the store to transfer from Verizon to my Mother-In-Laws Sprint plan. Since the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint is currently going on, there were a few bumps along the way with getting new lines activated on her account. I worked with Evan G. and a few others and the service they provided was above and beyond expectations. When the store didn't have Sprint SIM cards, he called around to other stores in the region and an employee (I believe named Tyler, but could be mistaken) went immediately to go pick them up as they were needed for the activation. After spending quite a few hours on this, we ended up getting everything settled. The customer service provided by the employees was what kept me from bailing out of the switch, since it was a pain.”
