“A year ago my parents decided that they wanted to move to an Independent living facility. We visited 6 other facilities in the area and when we arrived at Regency Oaks, we all knew this was the place for them. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff is very friendly and you really feel heard. The apartment configurations and upgrades are the best in the area. You really are living in an upgraded apartment, not something worn out and beige. My mom loves to cook and she is very happy with the food offerings, and the beautifully decorated dining rooms. There are so many activities offered, and best of all, if you like to swim, they even have a large indoor pool! Who would think an indoor pool would be needed in Florida, but now they can swim rain or shine. My dad attends the “Great Courses” lectures & signs up for the field trips to the museums, and my mom belongs to 3 different bridge clubs.My parents have been more active here than they have been in the last 5 years, and I’m so happy they’ve found such a beautiful new home.”

“I am now the proud father of a black belt but more importantly of a kid that has a stronger sense of self, self confidence, moral compass and the ability to set short and long term goals and crush them. A lot of that can be attributed to his time at Mohs! He started at Mohs Martial Arts when he was 4 as a Tiger and after 5 years of he has achieved every goal he has set with the help of the leadership and staff at MMA! State Titles and championships, District Titles and Championships and now his black belt. What sets MMA apart from other schools is the leadership and sense of responsibility that they feel at curating a safe space for the students to learn, try and FAIL, all the while helping young ones how to identify those feelings and how to address them. They teach you how to be better versions of yourself all the while hiding it thru the guise of Tae Kwon Do. It is hands down the best value proposition in terms of children’s activities as it provides so much more (anecdotally and definitively) than just the sport. For young and not so young adults, I would highly recommend it as well! It is not only tremendous physical excel use but also great for mental and emotional strength as well. BTW... our son’s next goal is a world title... which I would normally think was unachievable and unrealistic... but surrounded by so many actual world champions at MMA and with their support.... I am more than confident that he will achieve that next goal!”

After signing up for the 2 week trial and my first class online, I walked into the studio and received a very warm welcome.
