They are encouraging and friendly in addition to being helpful. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I've always felt very comfortable asking any questions I have. I felt welcome and valued from the first moment I walked in the door. The community as a whole is friendly and supportive. I love the workouts too!!!! I am an elite member and I'm about 10 workouts in. I can already feel a difference in my fitness level. If it seems a bit intimidating at first, keep going!!! It took me a 2-3 classes to get used to all the machines, terminology and flow of the classes. Now I am completely addicted and love every minute.”

“We checked in this hotel on our way to Florida. Lovely hotel by Hilton and the price was also great. The hotel is a new building with the rooms clean and modern. The lady at the reception was very friendly. My credit card got declined and she was accommodating as my booking was prepaid. Also the room we got was not clean and she replaced it with a new room as soon as we told her. The breakfast was okay as most of the options were closed. There were options for bagel and some packaged food. I miss the old days when we had so many options for breakfast. Anyways, the hotel was overall really good.”

“Wow! I had zero idea this place was a religious place! Let me tell you a story. I’m an atheist. I came here a year ago for a good ole check up, my first tests actually even though I was 32, I suddenly started to worry about those sorts of things. I was very scared as I am quite timid, and everyone was just beyond friendly and lovely. In fact, everyone was so lovely that I would stick around to chat for nearly an hour. I even came back the next day with donuts and had coffee and donuts with the entire staff. I had even mentioned that I am an atheist, and absolutely no one ever made me feel unwelcome or judged. These folks couldn’t be nicer and I feel so lucky that a shy person like me took her first steps in that regard with people who are just as compassionate as I am. I just happened to be around the corner as I write this (I don’t live in Wisconsin), thought this area looked familiar, and double checked to see if it was the same spot. When I realized it was, I grabbed a box of cupcakes at the grocery store and popped in to say hi.”
