Unfortunately, we were only their a short time before our parents passed away. Wish we had found this place sooner. Care Patrol was the organization we used to put us in touch with Danbury of Mentor. Ashley, the director is so competent and caring. She not only physically assisted our parents, but was always there to support our family. When our parents needed someone to turn on their iPad, so we could FaceTime, Ashley made sure it was provided. We loved all the staff who worked with our parents, especially Heather... she couldn't have been more helpful to our parents as they needed more and more support. Even through the pandemic situation, they tried to provide the necessary compassion for their clients and their families. We were able to visit on the balcony with masks, etc. Even when my stepmother and father passed away, it was done with dignity and compassion. Danbury, Thank you for being their for us.”
