“This review is for the apartments at 2114 Muir Field Rd. These apartments are nice and management seems to try to keep them up to date. They recently replaced old windows with nice new windows which was nice. I recently had some issues with smoke in my apartment due to other tenants smoking in their unit and management was able to take steps to mitigate and eventually resolve the issue. Overall I would recommend living here.”

“Like a lot of people on here, I only have positive things to say about Aspen Hill. Living here was great! I spent three years at a different TR McKenzie property, then transferred for two years at Aspen Hill. The apartment itself was really nice with lots of kitchen space and a huge walk in closet in the bedroom. We had an amazing view. Both of the pools, the gym, and the community room are all nice spaces. After five years with this management company, I really can't recommend them highly enough! Aspen Hill is a great place. There's a reason their ratings are so high. None of my other rental experiences in Madison compare. We miss it!”

“We worked with Artan and he was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was really clean and a lot of square footage for the money. The grounds were beautiful and they have a really nice fitness center and pool. We loved that garage parking was included and the apartment overlooked a nature preserve across the street. We also loved that they painted and replaced carpets between tenants and that the kitchen and living area had laminate flooring. You can also walk to a few restaurants on Fish Hatchery, which is a plus. We, unfortunately did not end up moving in due to a job offer in another state but Artan was completely understanding and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this property! Working with them was a pleasure!”
