They have had issues in the past with credit card service not working and at times not enough lanes open at check out. From the representative who came to qoute the project, to the office staff arranging the install and rebates, to the three person crew doing the install, everyone was friendly, informative, and professional. The install crew took extra care to leave the house cleaner than it was before. Using my Costco discount, I got better equipment than other companies quoted at a better price. One huge bonus is Landmark's 5-year warranty on labor. That is better than the industry standard of 3-years. I hope I never need it, of course. I'm very happy with my decision to use Landmark and Lennox for our HVAC system.”
