“Trigger warning- TMI. This is a complaint, but I know there’s nothing they can do about it. They are operating solely through the drive-thru and appointment only in the lobby, completely understandable. But, I just started taking a medication and it’s not sitting well with me. I begged the teller to let me inside just to use the bathroom... it was an emergency...they said the bathroom is not open to members. I could not wait any longer, so I stepped out and puked in the parking lot. It was embarrassing, and I’m sorry to anyone who witnessed it. I totally understand the COVID policies in place, I just wish there was a little more compassion in the world these days. Running in and out of the bathroom would have been minimal exposure for the employees inside, and of course I would have washed my hands. But again, I do understand the precautions are necessary and I’m not the exception. Sorry I puked in your lanes.”

“Probably the best urgent care experience I've ever had. I was in a room and seen by a doctor within 15 minutes of arriving even though I arrived after 8:00 p.m. in the evening. Check in process was easy, the lobby and rooms were clean, the doctors were polite, friendly, and efficient. Treated my condition appropriately and even called the next day to see how I was doing. Probably the best urgent care experience I've ever had. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.”

“I was in the search for an office chair, since I switched to an industry that puts me in a chair for 8 hours a day. I was lead to this location from a recommendation by a co-worker, and I am glad. I bought a different office chair less then a year ago from another company, and it is already garbage. Coming to Office Furniture Warehouse Brett did an excellent job of walking me through a multitude of options that could meet my needs. He made sure there was a variety of price points, and did not focus on some high pressure sales behavior like you see in other stores. It was very clear that he was sincere in his focus to provide me with great service, instead of treating me like a fish in the pond. After I made my decision he made sure to cover every feature, and how it operated. He even loaded it for me in the middle of cold, wind, and sleet. Brett insisted even while I made room for the chair due to my poor planning. I would give them 6 stars if I could, because you do not see this kind of sincere level of customer focus in businesses this day and age. I left this location with confidence that they back their product, and focus on customer service instead of sales. This was achieved through Brett's representation of the company. I will highly recommend all my friends, family, and co-workers head here for their needs in the future.”
