Yesterday I placed an online order and told them I was hoping to receive it quickly because it was for my cat who was recently diagnosed with cancer. They actually put it on their delivery truck that same day and I received it (with no shipping charges) a couple of hours after ordering! Now THAT’S some awesome customer service! I have experienced subpar service from a couple other restaurants staffs while trying to carry out through this. I am sure the staff at the other restaurant was unsure and nervous during these times, I previously had good service at these places. Walking into Rex’s to grab my carry out last night was a pleasant experience, the staff was extremely friendly, smiling. and the food was excellent!”

There are real books, friendly librarians, a decent cafe, and lots of resources like the Writing Center and drop-in tutoring. There are also different sections for quiet studying and talking and group studying. And food is allowed everywhere in the library!”
