“Been here for 6 months. Overall nice place to live. The groundskeepers are so nice and helpful, many live in the apartments as well. Every time I've had an issue they've fixed it within 24 hrs. Parking is on-site and I've never had issues finding a spot. The gym is nice, regularly used, and clean. They put in a new dog exercise area this summer. It's a nice addition, but sadly the other tenants don't care to pick up after their dogs. Package holding and pickup is great security. Whoever answers my emails isn't so friendly or helpful. The tennis courts don't have nets, which is perplexing. You pay for all amenities except heat. Experiences here seem to be variable and almost dependent on the building and other tenants. My building is generally very quiet and laundry is never an issue. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the other tenants in my building.”
