“Great place to live! Management has always been very helpful throughout the move in process and whenever something needed fixing. Filing a maintenance request is simple and done online. The turnaround is within a day of getting the issue fixed which was awesome. Amenities are unbeatable. Location is outstanding as well. Only let down was I thought they were going to put in a breakfast diner downstair with the commercial side to the building.”

Without Rogette Koby I would have lost thousands of dollars and lost my property due to a seller that wanted me out if we missed any contingency deadlines because they had a better offer. “We recently moved back to the area and were looking for a new vet. In the meantime, our little doggy Daisy started to get sick. They were so accommodating to get her in right away on a Friday. To our surprise, the Dr. called us on a Saturday morning with the test results and had a plan of action, including getting her in for a follow-up right away. One of the most impressive things was that when things went beyond their scope of expertise, they recommended us going to an emergency vet in Madison. When Daisy, unfortunately, passed a week later, the staff here were amazing and called us to say they were sorry to hear about our loss. Incredibly above and beyond and very thoughtful.”
