Monroe RadioShack & Repair - Gombosi Electronic Solutions, LLC

It appears that US Cellular is not a local place to shop. Went to the cellular store next to Radio Shack but they could not help. I went to Radio Shack and the fixed my problem for free. The Cellular store wanted us to buy new phones.

Went to the US Cellular store next to RadioShack in Monroe Wisconsin and they were not helpfull and rude would not help me at all. They only wanted to sell me a new phone. I then went to Fuzzy's store where I purchased my phone. The clerk wanted to charge me $10.00 to ask a question about my phone I purchased from Fuzzy. I went back to RadioShack they answered my question and fixed my problem in less then 15 minutes. I did not even buy my phone from RadioShack but RadioShack went out of the way to help.

Thank you to RadioShack I will remember what you did for me.

Great place to buy any electronics. A wonderful, family owned business that treats all of their customers like neighbors. You really feel welcome, without feeling as though you’re being pressured. A friendly hello, and what can we help you with! If you just want to look, not a problem. However, if you do need help, it’s not only easy to find, but the owners and employs make you feel like they truly enjoy that part of their job.

Honestly, there aren’t many places like this anymore.

And the prices are fantastic. We’ve been so happy with our past purchases that we decided to buy another flat screen TV from Dave today. This time we added a sound bar. It’s amazing!!! There’s always a deal on something, and a great inventory so you take it home today. Can’t recommend the Monroe Radio Shack enough!

Dave and his team are long-time quality fixtures in our community. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their friendliness, service, product selection, innovation and dedication to the community. This is a great organization and I love doing my business there.

Dropped my phone in the toilet and it ruined the SIM card. Went to the new US Cellular store in the little shopping mall across from Walmart. This is the one that used to be connected to Radio Shack but they were recently divorced. 😀
First thing I noticed is that they are now open until 7:00. Yay! It was busy but they had four employees helping customers. The manager helped me. She was very knowledgeable and got me hooked up with a new phone in no time.She answered all my questions patiently without making me feel stupid for asking. She was very friendly. I was very relieved to have a working phone again.
