    I rented a 4 X 7 utility trailer to move a refrigerator from this location. I was a little nervous because of all the low star and negative review of this location, but it was the closest one to me, so I gave it a shot.
    I am so glad that I took a chance with this location because Richard Swanson the service associate that greeted me was wonderful. This was the first time that I have ever used a trailer of any kind, so I was a little nervous. Richard very patiently answered all my questions and helped me select the correct hitch that I need. (I had no clue). He was exceedingly kind and knowledgeable, getting me checked out and on the road quickly and efficiently.
    When I returned the trailer Richard also helped with that and it could not have been more essay. I pulled into the parking lot and he was there to wave me into the area to complete my return. When he got me into position, he unhooked the trailer and muscled it back in to the lineup so that I did not have to back it in myself. The whole process took less than five minutes and I never had to get out of my vehicle.
    Thank you so much Richard you were fantastic and I would highly recommend this location. Don’t let the low marks fool you, Richard it was a pleasure to work with.
