(November 28, 2018, 7:45 am)I was very apprehensive about going to a gym as I am NOT athletic at all and never have been. But my past was not the focus of my first, second or any meeting. "What do you want to achieve?" That was the question. Goals! !! I'm doing more to help myself be fit in my 50s rather than fat in my 50s than ever before. My cholesterol numbers are the best they've ever been. I am NOT on any medication. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Caroleigh was so upbeat, I never got discouraged working out with her. I thought I would be intimidated by a muscle man in his 30s but Ben is GREAT! He knows just what to say to whoever he's working with to push them harder to make those goals they've set. Jen is wonderful for support, making appointments and changing appointments. I am always doing that with my work schedule. She even got me in the gym on thanksgiving! !!!!
