(September 16, 2018, 10:22 pm)It's a beautiful park, with a very detail oriented maintenance staff. The campers are usually very conscientious of others as well. The parking area for day rides is great. Easy in/out, and super flat.
The horse trails are always perfectly clean.
The trails are sand, hard packed dirt, or rocky. Front shoes are a good idea here. -

(September 3, 2018, 3:39 pm)Very nice campground, many of the camping sites have pens for your horses. Showers and flush toilets as well. Most of the trails are Sandy, and several fun destination spots to ride to with horse ties. Very friendly people from the local trail riders group. South Kettle Moraine trail riders.
