(April 14, 2018, 5:48 pm)Lots to do in this WI state recreation area. Besides the usual hiking, camping stuff, you can ride dirt bikes and ATVs'. Also high-power rocket launches, RC aircraft, horse back riding and more. Recommended.

(April 30, 2017, 11:30 pm)Still the best kept secret in SE Wisconsin. Camping, rc aircraft, dog training, fishing, hiking, moto cross. Bird watching, Bicycling. I've probably forgotten a half dozen other activities. They are constantly improving this park. Buy a state park sticker and enjoy.

(August 26, 2016, 11:23 pm)Pretty nice HPR launch site. Usually there's a 9000 ft waiver. The main downside to this launch site is the somewhat bumpy terrain, ponds, creeks, and trees that make for a suboptimal recovery area (but also make it quite a nice place to hike around on the trails). Bring towels, spare socks, and waterproof boots.
