I don't know what that other guy is talking about. I use kenosha trophy a couple of times a year for a club I belong to. I've always found Joe very pleasant and accommodating. Never had a problem.
I had exactly the opposite experience - the owner was extremely polite and helpful - in fact he went out of his way in making suggestions that improved the quality of the products I purchased while at the same time reduced my out-of-pocket costs. I thought that was superior service. I've used a lot of trophy shops in southeastern Wisconsin and Kenosha / Joe are where all my business will continue to go in the future. Best service and pricing I have ever received and some of what I ordered was really just busy work for no profit to Joe - he did it to help serve me better.
