  Question. By baiting mouse traps, are you actually attracting more mice?
  
  According to my landlord Riverwood Apartments-yes!
  
  According to everyone else I've talked to...including 3 pest control professionals-no!
  
  I've had mice legit scurry across my bare feet...in my own home ???? ...I have caught 5 mice now (since Sunday), all with bait on my traps...but just wondering how one would catch a mouse without bait?
  
  I've bought my own traps/set my own traps/disposed of the mice all myself...and will now have to clean my floors as they are now covered with a ton of mouse droppings...but instead of your landlord putting a band-aid on the issue and have these mice keep coming in/living God knows where?? ...why don't y'all hire professionals who take care of the issue ASAP...but instead of I get to come come home to an apartment infestation of mice. I have 2 dogs, so I cant even set traps around my apartment, (only in the laundry room so I can shut the door), but it is a little disgusting and actually scary to know this is what I'm living with! ???????????? please share/let me know your thoughts! Thanks!!!
  
  Update 11/20/2018. Riverwood has taken care of this situation by bringing in a professional exterminator. They also cleaned up and checked in the past few days. I have not had any signs of mice since this happened. Staff even wrote an apology note, with all their signatures, saying they'd remain in contact until the issue was fixed, which is greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking care of the issue :)

  Lived here for 11 years and can say they FINALLY have a winning team going! There were a few times that management and other employees weren't friendly or even helpful? Everyone in the office all the way down to the grounds maintenance really work hard every day. Any issue I've ever had, with this current staff, was handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Underground parking is a luxury you never knew you wanted - suffer through a few snowstorms and you will appreciate heated, secure parking. Better yet, simply look out your windows to see the poor guys/gals who must thaw/scrape/pre-heat their cars for 20 minutes before heading out! You can wave to them but dont be surprised if you get a snowball thrown at your window. Pet friendly, especially dogs, and even offer cleanup stations to keep grounds "landmine free." Greatest point is the location ... you are just minutes from any store or restaurant you want AND the highway is about a block away!

  Have lived here for 8 months. We are extremely happy with everyone in the office and maintenance team. Quick to respond and very professional.

  We just wanted to write a review for our recent upgrade. First of all Jesus Sanchez was amazing. We couldn't be more delighted in the finished apartment. We remained in the apartment the entire week, and we were very empressed with how Jesus handled every situation. He was very professional and a delight to be around. We feel Riverwood is very fortunate to have Jesus doing all the upgrades. Thank you David& Dianne Leonard building E apartment 104. We feel very blessed to be able to live at Riverwood Apartments

  I have lived here since June 2015 and this being my first apartment on my own I couldn't be more happy with it! You get your own storage closet which is a pretty big space and the underground garage is heated during winter! Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and the staff is very friendly! If you're looking for an affordable place to live with a lot of amenities then this is definitely your place!
