(October 25, 2018, 10:30 am)I had two personal checking accounts, a business checking account and a mortgage at another local bank but when the bank was bought-out I had nothing but issues and their new online banking for business accounts was horrendous!
The team at Blackhawk helped refi a mortgage my bank couldn't and were nothing but pleasant during the whole process. So, I went to open a personal & business checking/savings and two kids savings account at Blackhawk - I misread their closing time and showed up 30 mins before they closed to open all of these accounts. I apologized and suggested coming back at another time BUT Javi and Dia (sp?) offered to open all 4 of those accounts that day and stayed an hour past closing to help me -FANTASTIC cutomer service! Jessica, the main teller I see often, is always kind and helpful with whatever questions I may have. Given the industry I work in, my hours are often wonky and Matt has personally brought papers to my business for me to sign and personally delivered my mortgage tickets.
I have nothing but great things to say about Blackhawk and their wonderful team!
