Nicole is always, friendly, polite and professional. All of my concerns are addressed immediately. The office is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Average time for me to get in to see Nicole is within 1-5 days of calling. I would highly recommend this place.
I was a little nervous when I first got to Forefront because the front desk lady didn't really acknowledge me for like 10 minutes and I had to go back up to the front to get checked in and deal with paperwork because she never looked to see what was needed from me.
Then I met the doctor I saw and although very nice I felt VERY rushed. He only wanted to address one of three concerns and I felt like he was talking so fast to get out of the room, actually doing what I wanted would've been an inconvenience to him. Very nice just didn't seem to want to give me any time. Then Nicole came in and she completely changed my visit around. She was SO personable and nice and went above and beyond to make me feel better and address my concerns. She was funny and did not make me feel like she didn't have time for me at all. The doctors nurse was also amazing and very personable as well. I would come back just because of the nurse and PA Nicole.
