  An amazing company that truly cares about its clients - they understand that when a child has autism, it impacts the whole family. They have worked with my son directly, but they have also helped us to understand what we can do to give both our autistic son and our typically developing son the best childhood possible. At my request, they spent hours working with on sibling play because it was so important to my other child. It would have been easy for them to dismiss my concerns because my son’s autism is not “bad” enough, but instead I have felt totally supported. They don’t want to change my child - they just want him to be the best version of himself and they listen to input from both of us to get there. We have felt loved and supported by the staff at Sonnenberg for several years and we are lucky to have found them.

  Amazing company to work for. It's rare and refreshing to find an employer who actually cares about their employees! A very rewarding career. Fast paced and sometimes stressful but definitely worth it! Everyone is willing to step in and help each other and has nothing but the best interest of the children in mind. The teamwork is great here. Supervisors encourage you to be the best you can be and are always available to help you reach your goals. Great people from the director on down to the line staff. Just amazing!

  This is not only a company that benefits the clients, but it benefits the employees. My eyes have been open to those with special needs and I have become more aware of the world around me. I can say that through this job I have discovered new passions that I didn’t know I had. Sonnenberg is truly dedicated to making the lives of the kids and their families better.

  I truly love the opportunity this job presents for not only me but for the clientele. It's such a rewarding experience to see not only the children grow but to watch staff grow. Staff is amazing at what they do, and are passionate about their clients and doing the best they can to make a more functional lifestyle for the kids. Truly amazing to watch and be a part of.
