Both times they were most prompt to answer with a human person (something I really appreciate) They took my order, and I received the service kit in three days. My local supplier wanted to charge &150.00 to supply the kit and install it !!! There was no option to not get the service. I was able (with the directions of the generator manual) to do the job in 30 minutes at a cost of 20% of the service agency. I truly appreciate the AP Electric Generators company.
