(January 31, 2019, 10:42 am)If I have to shop with my kids, I will go here. I can drop them off (for free up to age 8 I think) at the adorable play room with a sitter and watch them on the TV's throughout the store - security measures are used for drop off and pick up (can you say "date hour"? Age cutoff is 8 I think. This is also where I stop before every party I go to to pick up prepared foods like Spinach Dip (theirs is the best), taco dip, beer dip. Great bakery and lots of their breads are made with whole grains/wheat but don't taste like it. I have also gone to festival foods to pick up pre-made dinners from their deli. They have a GIANT deli and LOTS of pre-made stuff for lunch and dinner - which you can take to the dining area upstairs. Last, but not least, their staff is the best. I am always floored by how friendly they are. It's just unusual for a grocery store.

(January 9, 2019, 4:17 pm)Best bakery experience ever!! I came here AFTER I attempted to have Sam’s Club help me with my daughters first birthday cake, and I should have just came here first!! Sams Club had SEVEN bakery workers who took 5min when I was the only customer standing there to tell me that they wouldn’t help me with the cake. And then I come here and there’s ONE cake designer with a BROKEN LEG who was so happy to help me figure out my daughters 1st birthday cake!!! I think her name tag said “De” or “Be”, She’s very talented and made my day so much better and I’m so relieved I finally got a cake for her party this weekend!! The cake is beautiful and I got a free smash cake for her!! Amazing customer service!! She’s a keeper for your bakery!!!

(November 13, 2018, 2:42 pm)Love this location. Theres one guy specifically i see there often named Nick(he has short hair and glasses), he is always so friendly and very helpful. Im surprised he's not a part of the management team. He should be! He is what customer service should always be.

(September 3, 2018, 11:33 am)The best grocery store in WI. Excellent customer service and very clean store. Staff look pleasant and will go the extra mile to assist you. If you have little kids, you can leave them at their childcare area free of charge. So, it is perfect for parents who have kids with them while doing grocery shopping.

(June 1, 2018, 12:39 pm)This is probably my favorite grocery store in the area. I live just over the border in Illinois and come up to Wisconsin for the zero tax on food. This store has it all. Perhaps the cleanest store I’ve been in and I have been in a lot. Love the deli counter and the wide selection of items. Very well organized. Freezers are all lit up with bright LED lights. Produce is clean and fresh. The staff are all the friendliest people. Very attentive. Perhaps the nicest staff of any grocery store I’ve ever been into. Whatever they’re doing they’re doing it right!
