  I usually don’t leave feedback but I had to in this situation. The owner Tim and his crew were super professional, clean and reliable. Tim personally took all my calls, showed up for the consultation and personnel checked the work when everything was done. Price was way cheaper than I thought and that was even for the upgraded furnace. I can’t say enough. Will totally use in the future and recommend to everyone who needs heating and cooling, also he handles water heaters. Good to know. ????????

  Very professional, exceptional customer care and great pricing. I called Tim late afternoon and I had the heating/AC unit replaced the next day. He went beyond to get the right unit and had very good recommendations, all with respectful demeanor and without any pressure. It took them a couple of hours for the whole job done, swift, clean and professional. Highly recommended!

  Highly recommended! Just installed new furnace and a/c, replacing my 16yr old system. Very top-notch installation and very professional. Always on time with service calls and/or returning calls. Go ahead and shop around, but make sure Home Heating and Cooling is on your list!

  We called last Friday because our AC went out Thursday night. Tim was able to come the same day later in the afternoon. He was right on time and very professional and friendly. He replaced the part and explained exactly what the problem was and he was happy to answer all of my air conditioning related questions. He even cleaned off our condenser! The service was above and beyond and the cost was very reasonable. definitely recommend Home Heating and Cooling

  Highly recommend! I can’t say much price wise since I am unsure what the issue was (my husband handled it) but I will say our furnace stopped working and the temp was dropping. It was just after 5p. We called another popular company in town first that claimed to be open 24 hrs and they had an answering service take out info and say they’d call back. Well an hour or so later they hadn’t called. My husband found “home heating” online and called and they picked up right away,were friendly and knowledgeable. He came out in literally less than half an hr,got down in the crawl space and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 min. It was pricey but he was able to fix the furnace the same night and did it for cheaper than initially quoted. Very happy with the customer service,we will definitely recommend them in the future due to their kind professionalism.
