“Nice small town gym. Cleanly, decently priced, good selection of weights and machines, and staff is easy to contact. The only complaint is that more people need to be there. I go at many different times and it is always a ghost town. The place needs to be more publicized and promoted so eventually it wont be shut down, which I am feared for. It is easier for people to be more motivated when people actually go to the gym to form partners, relationships, friends, etc... Not only that, but people can get hurt when nobody is around! Lets all change this, because its a nice gym and I would hate to see it go”

“I just finished my sessions of rehabilitation therapy with Nicole Bedizen and am continually amazed with my physical abilities! I started therapy for a knee replacement and after 3 months had a double hip replacement, too. After a year of constant pain and needing a walker to move around, I can walk comfortably now, climb steps with no problem, do all household-type chores, shop and play with the grandkids. I never thought those common activities would be possible again! The surgery, of course, was necessary, but without Nicole's skill and insight into all the nuances replaced knees and hips require, I wouldn't be where I am today - pain-free and active.
